Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our Western cuisine restaurants.
This role involves strategic planning, team management, and ensuring operational excellence to enhance customer satisfaction and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of all Western cuisine restaurants.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
Collaborate with marketing to promote restaurant offerings and events.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on Western cuisine.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese & English.
