Responsibilities: Handle restaurant reservation matters and ensure that all reservations are promptly and accurately entered and updated consistently Handle in-room dining orders from hotel guests Monitor the We Chat in-room dining system and handle orders promptly Handle incoming and outgoing calls in the most efficient and friendly manner Record and process wake-up calls accurately Handle guest messages in the most prompt and efficient manner Requirements: Form 6 or above with certificate in Hospitality Management Minimum 1 year relevant experience Customer-oriented with strong communication skills and telephone skills Good command of spoken English, Putonghua, and Cantonese Able to work independently; shift duty is required
