Responsibilities: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the needs of our Public Equity clients and identify the most suitable experts who can assist them.

Provide exceptional client service by being prompt, responsive, thoughtful, and proactive in your research efforts.

Engage with industry experts through telephone conversations to evaluate their compatibility with our clients' requirements.

Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to encourage experts to connect with our clients on short notice, scheduling calls as quickly as possible, while adhering to our industry-leading compliance framework.

After 4-5 months, take charge of driving the long-term performance of your client portfolio by continuously understanding their research needs and assessing how our content can best support them.

Requirments: Native or N1 in Japanese, fluent in English.

1-2 years of any working experience.
