Job Duties Act as a VIP Ambassador and present the passion for Watch & Jewelry. Welcome clients and provide an excellent customer experience. Develop the VIP client base utilizing existing client details as well as new. Maintain relations with existing clients while developing new clients and business. Organize, plan, and schedule VIP visits, managing a schedule. Provide High Jewelry advice. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in the luxury jewelry business. Customer-centric and a desire to deliver quality and personalized customer service. Possession of a GIA certificate is highly preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
