Responsibilities: Be the focal person to coordinate all social audit activities in Greater China. Manage the progress of the supplier social audit program, collaborating with different parties including third-party service providers and commercial teams for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the social audit program. Prepare data for the global social audit scoreboard quarterly and monthly reports. Generate monthly reports. Develop and monitor Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers after audits. Conduct CSR Audits in China. Support the internal team on general day-to-day operational matters. Requirements: Min. 3-5 years solid track record of CSR auditing & supplier social compliance/factory evaluation is preferred. Knowledge of industry-recognized audit programs (BSCI, ICTI, ICS, SMETA). Auditor certification preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Good spoken and written English and Mandarin skills.
