Technical Account Manager (Network) - CK Client Description Renowned public organization Job Description • Troubleshoot and fix network related problems.• Support and maintain data networks in healthy and secure conditions.• Perform day-to-day change requests to networks.• Provide advice to client to improve network infrastructure.• Monitor and track network capacity, performance and managing growth.• Plan and perform necessary updates.• Fine tune the monitoring system for ongoing changes.• Provide on-site standby service during special events when required.• Update related technical network documentations.• Work closely with Service Manager and Technical Lead Job Requirements • Diploma or degree in IT or related disciplines• 5 years above experience in networking / wireless LAN solution deployment• Certificate Holders of Cisco, H3 C, Huawei, Juniper or Aruba would be an advantage• Experience in either Routing, Switching, Wireless LAN, LB, Network Management, Performance Monitoring and Automation Tools relate products• Technical knowledge in either LAN/MAN/WAN/SD-WAN, Micro-Segmentation, vendor products on Cisco, H3 C, Huawei, Juniper, F5, Aruba, Ruckus, Meraki, Forti Networks and Solar Winds solution• Good problem-solving skills• Able to handle multiple tasks and coordinate the work in efficient and effective manner
