This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior lawyer to join a highly ranked US Capital Markets team in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities Assist in the execution of a wide range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), debt offerings, and other equity-linked products. Conduct legal research and analysis to support transaction structuring and compliance with relevant regulations. Draft and review legal documents, including prospectuses, offering memoranda, and compliance filings. Collaborate with senior lawyers and clients to provide timely and effective legal advice.
