Job Description: To serve and handle customer's requests, enquiries, orders and complaints Build up good relationship with customers Preparing, tracking and analyzing statistics reports Follow up orders with Engineers Ad-hoc duties as requested by supervisor Job Requirements: Form 6 or above with working experience in call center or customer service field would be an advantage Good communication skill Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Proficient in MS applications (Word, Power Point and Excel)Working experience in IT industry is an advantage.
