Part-time Phonics / English Oral Teacher Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced English Phonics / English Oral Teacher for children aged 3-6 years to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a knack for creating engaging activities, and a commitment to student progress.
Key Responsibilities:• Create engaging lesson plans.• Teach phonics and oral English skills to students using materials / games provided on site and creating own.• Foster a fun and positive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation.• Communicate effectively with parents in person, providing updates on student progress and discussing areas for improvement.• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall teaching experience.
Qualifications:• Fluent in English and Cantonese• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Phonics and English Oral.• Experience in developing engaging lesson plans and activities for young learners.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially when interacting with parents.• Ability to inspire and motivate students in their learning journey.
