Position Overview: We are seeking a warm, caring, and creative Part-Time Native English Teacher (NET) who is truly gifted at connecting with young children.

Schedule & Compensation: Part-Time Schedule: Teaching hours are primarily available from Sunday to Thursday afternoons and evenings.
Specific hours are flexible and can be discussed.
Key Responsibilities: Create & Inspire: Design and deliver dynamic, student-centered phonics lessons.

Nurture & Educate: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment for small classes of 3-6 children, where every child feels valued, safe, and encouraged to participate.
Build Confidence & Rapport: Use your natural affinity for children to build strong, trusting relationships, helping them to thrive.
Curriculum Guidance (Not Rigid Rules): While experience with Jolly Phonics is a valuable reference point, you are not required to follow it rigidly.
We encourage you to integrate its best practices with your own innovative methods and materials.
Student Assessment & Progress: Gently assess students' abilities and track their development, providing clear progress reports to parents.
Our Ideal Candidate: A Native English Speaker (NET) with a genuine passion for working with young children.
Has a natural ability to engage, motivate, and nurture children ages 4-8, making learning fun and accessible.
A creative and independent educator who enjoys the freedom to design their own lessons and tailor the learning experience.
Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience teaching phonics to very young learners.
Familiarity with Jolly Phonics or similar curricula is beneficial, but we value creativity and effectiveness over strict adherence.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with both children and parents.
Reliable, punctual, and patient, with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Mandatory Requirements for Child Safety: Must be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident.
Must be able to present a valid Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC).
