Job Responsibilities: Responsible for scheduling meeting for internal and external parties including business meeting, travel logistics and executive personal matters etc.
Communicate with domestic helpers and the driver to ensure the day-to-day routines are well-maintained and executed.
Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director and family members including but not limited to business and personal matters.
Prepare various reports, business summaries, presentation materials and other ad hoc assignments.
Handle ad hoc assignment as required Job Requirements: Degree holder in any disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably with experience to support senior executives.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, multi-tasking and be able to prioritize task effectively.
Independent, positive working attitude and able to meet tight timeline.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays and able to work under pressure.
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
