Responsibilities: Support the function and operation of clinic drug management Prepare and dispense drugs accurately and efficiently according to the prescriptions Train staff on proper medication dispensing practice Assist to conduct patient counselling by explaining dosage, precautions and side effects of the medicine to the patients Drug procurement and ensuring that drugs are received and stored in a proper and secure manner in accordance with regulatory instructions and requirements Ensure sufficient drug supply for operation Maintain full and accurate records of all dispensing transactions and dangerous drughandle expired drugs according to the standards of relevant authorities Perform monthly drug counts and expiry checking Work with multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver the best customer services Follow closely on information related to drugs that used by the clinic; Explore new suppliers and products Other ad-hoc tasks assigned from Doctor or Clinic Manager during the daily operation Requirements: Higher Diploma in Dispensing Studies or related discipline or above1 year or above relevant working experience Fresh pharmacy graduates would be considered Experience in private hospital / clinic will be an advantage Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skill Excellent customer relationship management and presentation skill Good command of Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English Independent, initiative, hardworking, with strong sense of responsibility, a good team player, and able to work under pressure Proficiency in PC software, e.g. MS Power Point, Word, and Excel is required
