The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and retouching visual content using advanced AI tools and traditional techniques to meet high-quality standard. The role combines a creative eye with technical proficiency, ensuring images are visually compelling and aligned with client briefs and guidelines. Responsibilities• Apply AI-powered retouching software and tools to enhance and manipulate images for advertising campaigns.• Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visuals.• Ensure consistency, color accuracy, and high-quality standards across all visual content.• Automate repetitive retouching tasks using AI solutions to optimize workflow efficiency.• Edit and retouch images to remove imperfections, adjust backgrounds, and enhance overall image quality.• Review final images, seek feedback, and make necessary revisions to ensure client satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.• Stay abreast of the latest AI retouching technologies and incorporate innovative techniques into workflows, aligning with industry best practices.• Assist the in-house photographer during the production stage, leveraging knowledge of photography shooting. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Design, Visual Arts, Photography or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional photo retouching, preferable within advertising, marketing or commercial sectors. Proven experience with AI-powered retouching tools and software, as well as other innovative AI-based editing platforms. Strong proficiency in AI-based retouching tools and traditional editing software. Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for quality. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments. A compelling portfolio showcasing prior retouching work, particularly with AI-assisted techniques. Fluent in both English and Cantonese is preferred.
