We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO Analyst/ Manager to join the team Key Responsibilities: Provide project management to IT Application department's non-development related project(s), e.g., new service contract, existing contract renewal, etc., Support the internal management of IT Application department, to centralize following up internal BAU issue within the department with relevant team heads.
Administrative and operational support to the PMO & Project Governance teams Maintain PMO documentation, coordinate meetings and training Assist to extend Project Governance and PMO methodology to overseas branches and subsidiaries Requirements Bachelor's in business administration, project management, IT , or equivalent At least 3 years of experience as Project analyst or Project Manager Background preferred in banking Deadline-sensitive and ability to work independently and under pressure Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel, Project)
