• Provide pre-sales activities for Network Infrastructure, Unified Communication, and Contact Center solution offerings.• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and explore business opportunities.• Lead business discussions and establish/maintain good relationships with clients.• Engage with clients to understand their technical needs for their business.• Customize competitive solutions and product collateral for clients.• Respond to RFI/RFP and handle solution and technical write-ups, translating functional and non-functional requirements into solution designs and scopes.• Present solutions and conduct demonstrations for clients. Job Requirements• High Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.• Strong presentation, writing, negotiation, analytics, and problem-solving skills.• IT professional certifications required (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Ruckus, Aruba, CCIE Collaboration, etc.).• Experience in designing and delivering enterprise network infrastructure, IP Telephony solutions with Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Asterisk, or MS Teams.• Experience in software-defined, data center infrastructure design, Contact Center solutions with omnichannel and chatbot design is an advantage.• Good knowledge of Telephony, such as T1/E1 PRI, ISDN BRI, CO Trunks, SIP Trunks, and FXS stations.• Familiarity with IP-PBX, IP phones, gateways, Po E switches, MCU, and Video Conference systems.
