Partner with Relationship Managers to assess clients’ financial objectives, risk appetite, and preferences. Provide tailored investment advice and manage multi-asset portfolios to meet client goals. Drive asset allocation decisions to balance risk and return. Develop investment strategies aligned with market trends and internal guidelines. Review portfolio performance and recommend timely adjustments. Work with trading teams to ensure smooth and accurate execution of transactions. Client Coverage Engage clients regularly through portfolio reviews and market updates. Present investment ideas and solutions in a clear and professional manner. Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients. Ensure recommendations meet regulatory standards and internal policies. Maintain proper documentation and suitability records. Monitor portfolio risks and uphold strong governance practices. Liaise with RMs, trading, product, and research teams to deliver holistic solutions. Support seamless coordination across stakeholders to enhance client experience. Requirements Experience & Expertise At least 7 years of experience in portfolio advisory, investment counselling, or discretionary management within wealth/private banking. Solid understanding of asset allocation, investment products, and global markets. Experience handling HNW/UHNW client portfolios. Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills. Licensing & Regulatory (Hong Kong)SFC Type 4 licence is required. Type 1 licence is preferred or willingness to obtain. Must satisfy SFC fit-and-proper standards. Completion of relevant HKSI exams (e.g. Papers 1, 7, 8, 9) or equivalent. Adherence to ongoing CPT requirements. Education & Professional Qualifications Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field. CFA, CFP or equivalent qualifications are an advantage.
