Indirect procurement for HK and Macao operations Report to CFO & Lead a small team Job Duties Communicate effectively with business users to understand customer needs and provide professional procurement solutions from Marketing, HR, Facilities and other Professional & IT Services Strive to ensure best practice across the organizations and partner closely with subject experts to ensure compliance of regulations and utilization of global contracts Develop effective strategy for sourcing, vendor management and operation processes and ensure smooth executions Lead bidding projects and contract negotiation Prepare reports and analysis, build up market intelligences and ensure knowledge sharing Update system and staff coaching Requirements Bachelor degree in Business related field At least 8 years working experience in procurement related experience preferably coming from MNC FMCG/F&B companies Good logical, analytical thinking and problem solving skills, as well as leadership competency and a driven mentality Professional interpersonal and presentation skills Own and contribute to supply chain results and activities related to supply planning Collaborate together with Demand Planning team on the S&OP processes Understand business strategies and supply chain Provide insights, alternative solutions, and understanding of supply chain best practices to business teams Partner with regional marketing, commercial, , logistics/LSP, and CS team to provide optimized customer solutions in the designated supply chain area. Focus on Greater China logistics arrangement and order fulfillment process. This include exposure to China customs/tax issues and bonded warehouse orders related operations. There will be opportunity to rotate to upskill/contribute in other supply chain areas in the longer run. Produce business performance and inventory reports Analyze variance on forecasts and demand plans and highlight risks and recommend corrective actions Review sales forecasts, seasonal trends, and product life cycle Plan, co-ordinate and plan the local distribution of goods; implement best practices and supervise logistics services of 3 PL to ensure delivery / service requirements are fulfilled Ensure that goods loading and transportation processing is handled on time and in line with customer needs; work closely with Planning and VAS Teams to ensure fulfillment of orders Lead, coordinate and oversee the service of external providers
