We are looking for interns to join us throughout the year - as a Bowtie intern, you will be treated and work like the rest of the team (no fetching coffee duties), and gain experience in substantive marketing or growth projects.
We also offer return offers for high achievers who share our values About the Role Your core purpose is to provide versatile design support across different squads within the Customer Experience Tribe.
Depending on work allocation, you will tackle everything from core product features to operational design artifacts, ensuring a seamless experience for Bowtie customers.
Key Responsibilities: Feature Delivery: Successfully deliver at least 2 design projects within the development cycles of your assigned squad.
Design Support: Assist full-time designers with BAU tasks, including Webflow pages, help center updates, and maintaining design system artifacts.
User Research: Conduct at least 1 experience-related research initiative to validate your design solutions.
Tribe Contribution: Actively contribute to the Tribe's OKRs through high-quality execution and collaboration in daily stand-ups and sprints.
Internship Duration: Full-time: 3-6 months Part-time: Minimum 3 days per week (weekdays) for 6 months Candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months About you Minimum Qualifications: University students (Year 3 or above) or current Master's/Ph D students.
A strong Growth Mindset: You are proactive, open to feedback, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma) and an interest in web platforms like Webflow.
Living in and eligible to work in Hong Kong (we cannot sponsor visas for this position)Preferred Qualifications: AI Integration: Experience in adopting AI tools during your design workflow to increase efficiency.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, from ideation to high-fidelity prototypes.
Ability to communicate and present your ideas clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders.
Experience or interest in Webflow and modern design documentation.
