Your Role: As a Product Lead, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our high-performance data transport product (file transfer, object transfer, synchronization, API acceleration, …), ensuring it meets the needs of enterprise customers, cloud providers, and data centres worldwide. You'll work at the intersection of networking, distributed systems, and product innovation, collaborating with engineering, sales, and customers to bring our technology to market. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision – Define the product roadmap, aligning it with customer needs and market trends. Technology & Innovation – Leverage our network coding techniques and proprietary BATS protocol to create a best-in-class file transfer solution. Customer & Market Insight – Work closely with cloud providers, hyperscalers and data centres to understand their pain points and translate them into product features. Collaboration – Partner with engineering teams to prioritize development, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. Go-to-Market Execution – Drive product launches, positioning, and competitive differentiation in partnership with sales and marketing teams. Performance & Optimization – Analyse transfer speeds, network performance, and customer feedback to continuously enhance the product. What We’re Looking For: Technical Expertise – Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, QUIC, UDP), routing, congestion control, and network coding. Product Leadership – Experience managing end-to-end product development, ideally in networking, cloud computing, or enterprise software. Customer-Centric Approach – Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into real-world customer benefits. Collaboration & Communication – Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, large-scale data transfers, and distributed systems is a big plus.
