Job Duties Report to the Marketing Manager to initiate and implement the marketing programs for an assigned brand. Maintain good relationships with trade partners and explore joint promotional opportunities. Conduct periodic market research/analysis and prepare sales & marketing reports. Assist in the P&L monitoring and budget control. As part of the Product team, support new product launches & marketing activities for the division. Assist in organizing events/seminars. Prepare both online and offline promotional materials. Manage APAC Clients Events, Branding & Marcom. Matrix reporting to Regional CEO and Global Head of Marcom. Key Driver to plan and execute customized bespoke client events inclusive of investment seminars, art exhibitions, lifestyle & philanthropic events. Strategic lead to advise senior management in Asia to ensure the fulfillment of regulatory and corporate marcom standards. Strategize and implement innovative and customer-centric branding and activation to achieve successful product launches. Steer portfolio priorities leveraging consumer and market insights. Ensure content and messages are engaging, data-oriented, and align with corporate brand guidelines and strategies. Facilitate product marketing and channel marketing campaigns. Assist in the editing of bilingual marketing collaterals and pitching materials by working closely with fund managers and institutional/intermediaries’ sales across the region and headquarters. Support Channel Marketing and Social Media/CRM. Facilitate the smooth implementation of product marketing campaigns by working closely with fund managers and institutional/intermediaries’ sales across the region and headquarters. Requirements Degree holder in Marketing or Business Administration discipline. With at least 5 years of marketing experience in FMCG/consumer goods industries. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office. Fluent command of both written & spoken English & Chinese. Some knowledge in the pharma industry preferred. Less experienced candidates will be considered as APM.
