OSL is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our wealth management products, focusing on innovative solutions like tokenization platforms and structured crypto products. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, fund operations knowledge, and regulatory awareness to build compliant, high-value offerings for HNWIs and institutional clients. Key responsibilities: Lead the development and management of OSL’s wealth management products, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs. Drive the execution of key initiatives, including the platform to distribute wealth management products, implementation of our own wealth management products, and tokenisation platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Sales) to deliver high-value, compliant wealth management products. Key requirements: Familiarity with relevant tech stacks (e.g., smart contract ERC20). Deep understanding of fund operations, including the roles of transfer agents, fund administrators, custodians, and NAV calculations. Understanding of regulatory requirements for wealth management (e.g., HKMA, RWA compliance). Strong client-centric mindset with ability to translate HNW/institutional needs into product features. Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with key stakeholders. Nice to have: Hands-on back office fund operations. Experience in CEX working on structured products (Shartfin, dual currency investment). Experience in Tokenisation platform (Tokeny).
