You will work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective delivery of products that meet business goals. If you have experience in managing complex projects, working with distributed teams, and are comfortable navigating the insurance or financial services domain, this role is for you!What You'll Do: Lead Product Development: Own the product lifecycle from conception to delivery, translating business requirements into actionable technology solutions. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with internal business teams, external partners, and leadership to define product vision and roadmap. Manage Offshore Teams: Work closely with offshore delivery teams located in multiple regions to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Drive Innovation: Leverage your knowledge of the insurance/financial services industry to implement cutting-edge technology solutions that improve processes and create a competitive edge. Agile Leadership: Oversee sprint planning, product backlog grooming, and prioritize features to ensure high-impact deliverables. Ensure Product Quality: Work hand-in-hand with QA and development teams to ensure product functionality, scalability, and security. Effective Communication: Communicate product updates, roadmap progress, and project status to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all teams. What We're Looking For:5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on technology delivery, preferably in the insurance industry or at least within financial services. Proven track record of working with offshore teams located in multiple regions and managing delivery in a distributed environment. Solid understanding of the insurance domain, especially technology solutions, and how to drive value through digital innovation. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders. Agile experience with hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks. Strong ability to manage competing priorities and balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
