Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional data programs that align with business goals.
Drive data strategy, governance, and analytics initiatives.
Oversee program delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure smooth execution.
Provide guidance on data architecture, platforms, and analytics capabilities.
Present updates and outcomes to senior leadership and executive forums.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in data strategy, program management, or digital transformation.
Strong understanding of financial services and data management practices.
Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-border data initiatives.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese preferred.
