My client is currently looking for a Program Manager for their Asset Management Transformation program. You will lead strategic initiatives within the Asset Management business. You will drive organizational change, improve operational efficiency, and implement innovative solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead transformation projects enhancing overall Asset Management processes, streamlining communication, and improving access to information. Develop and manage detailed project plans for the end-to-end business transformation program, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocations. Manage project action items and risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Drive change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies. Manage transformation efforts across different geographic regions, understanding local market nuances, regulatory requirements, and processes to ensure global alignment with regional specifics. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing transformation projects within the Asset Management insurance space. Strong experience in leading large-scale process improvement initiatives, technology integration, and cross-functional projects. Deep understanding of Asset Management, underwriting, and operational processes. Excellent project management skills, with expertise in agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Proven ability to drive change management and ensure the seamless adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes.
