Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Team, including minutes taking, document preparation, and coordination of project-related matters.
Handle document control, including submission of drawings, material approvals, method statements, and related project documentation.
Maintain and organize project filing systems, ensuring all correspondences and records are properly documented and updated.
Assist in procurement coordination, including preparation of purchase orders and follow‑up with suppliers and subcontractors.
Liaise and coordinate with internal departments, contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project operations.
Monitor submission schedules and assist the Project Manager in tracking project documentation status.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or interior fitting‑out industry.
Familiar with document control procedures in construction / fitting‑out projects.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese word processing.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
