The Company We are currently working with a fast growing, up and coming financial service institute in Hong Kong.

The Role Responsibilities: Provide project support by assisting with project planning, execution, and monitoring under the guidance of senior project analysts.

Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.

Attend project meetings and take accurate minutes, ensuring timely distribution to stakeholders.

Support the maintenance of project schedules, ensuring tasks are updated and deadlines are met.

Collaborate with project team members to track project progress and identify any potential risks or issues.

Assist in the coordination and organization of project-related activities, including meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and tools.

Assist with general administrative duties within the PMO, such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Provide timely and effective communication to stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in project management to enhance job performance.

Requirements: Fluency in Cantonese and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages.

Young and vibrant with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of project management.

1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role.

Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and project management software.

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
