RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the planning and coordination of MICE events, including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, and logistics management. Executing events smoothly in achieving project target, to meet clients’ expectations and the company’s profit margin. Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure seamless event execution. Support the creation of event collateral, such as event program, digital and print materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and market MICE events. Collect and analyze event data, prepare post-event reports, and provide recommendations for improvements. Maintain event documentation, including contracts, invoices, and other relevant records. REQUIREMENTS2 years of experience in MICE event planning or project management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of event industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the events.
