Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for user support on Head Office & local banking systems and applications
Coordinate system projects with Head Office, external vendors and IT specialists, users and other relevant stakeholders
Organize project activities including user coordination, meetings, UAT, training and preparation for system release
Conduct feasibility study and impact analysis for the proposed system changes
Coordinate system arrangement to support industrial changes, e.g. changes initiated by HKMA or HKICL, and participate in other annual exercises
Requirements:
Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
At least 4 years’ experience in IT project management or business application support
Competent IT literacy and good knowledge in banking systems and applications
Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Good command of both English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
