Requirements Degree / Associate Degree in Building Services or related disciplines3-4 years relevant experience in in fitting-out project management Solid experience monitoring contract works and overall site activities Previous experience in residential projects would be a great advantage Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills Good command of spoken & written, Mandarin will be an asset Well-versed in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook Immediate available is highly preferred Responsibilities Perform the daily smooth operations and ensure project deliverables are met Handle the communication and coordination with consultants and contractors Assist in monitoring the works schedules of fitting-out and revocation projects Provide support on solving technical issues and preparing progress report Perform regular site visit for tracking works progress and project schedules Benefits5-day work / Double Pay / Incentive Bonus / 2- week Annual Leave / Medical Scheme Interested parties, please apply with full resume stating date of available, expected and last salary to -All personal information will be treated strictly confidential and solely for recruitment purpose.
