Project Management - In-house Role - Senior Associate / Manager Join our Project Management Group within Firmwide Corporate Services, where you'll have the opportunity to support the firm, partners and teams across various projects. You will play a critical role in advising on complex capital and business transactions, sophisticated internal projects and digital solutions, helping the firm achieve its strategic goals while ensuring compliance and safeguarding protocols. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with partners and teams and propose innovative solutions to effectively address and solve complex, unstructured business problems. Foster open communication and encourage diverse perspectives to achieve consensus and positive project outcomes. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategies and commercial objectives. Navigate and advise on the firm’s regulatory and operating environment to support strategic initiatives. Build and maintain networks across the firm and the global network to facilitate coordinated project execution. Build trust and solve important problems in the firm with sustained outcomes for the firm. Ideal Candidate Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset to achieve commercial goals within constraints. Inquisitive and analytical, with the ability to construct arguments from fundamental principles. Familiarity with complex organizational structures and the ability to navigate internal and external regulations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Eagerness to learn and willingness to step out of your comfort zone.3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate finance, M&A, financial advisory, transaction services, or related areas.
