Job Description • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including definition of milestones and deliveries to bring projects from initiation to delivery.• Work with stakeholders and manage project resources to drive execution according to the plan.• Monitor and report on project progress, cost, risks, issues and dependencies.• Support the preparation and completion of project documentation according to the approved project management guidelines.• Lead and liaise with end users and IT in system implementation projects.• Ensure overall effectiveness of assigned product and project development. Job Requirements• Minimum 10 years solid experience in project management, preferably gained from the banking sector.• Experience in credit control from counterparties, limit, collateral and covenant in loan application implementation and support.• In-depth knowledge of a variety of banking products, best practices and technology, experience in Credit and Risk Management on Loan Application Workflow, Data Extraction and Reporting implementation in a banking environment.• Experience in core banking mainframe environment is highly preferable.• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.• Prior experience in system conversion and business integration projects is a definite advantage.
