Responsibilities Working onsite with Alumni’s client to manage the cyber transformation project that drives individual projects, aligns with strategies, policies, and procedures. Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including project selection criteria, prioritization methods, and resource allocation models. Develop, track and communicate regular project deliverables (project plans), including project scope and success criteria. Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and objectives. Monitor project performance, identify risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints. Implement effective project management methodologies. Present project objectives, plan, progress, updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Understand cybersecurity requirements in relation to business context. Work with domain experts and other project stakeholders to ensure project delivery. Communicate with stakeholders to obtain buy-ins of implementation scope and timeline. Collaborate with domain experts to take part in security execution, such as technical testing, solution configuration, user training, maintenance, and support. Facilitate the procurement process to ensure compliance through following HKMA guidelines. Engage and manage vendors; work with their delivery team to finalize and track progress using one consolidated project plan. Qualifications University degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related fields. At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, operations, solution implementations, or project management. Candidates with more experience will be considered as senior specialists/managers. Proven experience in implementing Cybersecurity solutions. Analytical thinker with the ability to understand, visualize, analyze, and resolve difficult project issues. Experience with different project management and governance techniques. Effective problem-solving capability, such as studying a problem, analyzing options, and suggesting solutions. Ability to approach a problem from different angles, including an end-user and a technical perspective. Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills. Experience in a client-facing role or management consultancy is highly preferred.
