Strong project finance and cash flow management Job Description Responsibilities Fully incharge of the whole project management to ensure strict compliance to the local safety, health and environmental ordinance and regulations by continuing reviewing the performance and proposing improvement plan.Full responsible and accountable for the financial performance of the project and support the headquarter with budgetary and manage the project procurement within defined budgets and project completion programme. Optimise the project margin whilst minimising any risk or exposure to the Company. Ensuring that all the necessary documentation (e.g. signed subcontracts, bonds etc) is in place for all major subcontractors/suppliers Develop and maintain a harmonic working relationship with the governmental officials, client, execution team and partners, etc. for the smooth and effective execution of the contract. Thorough monitoring and control of the project and adherence to the project programme and provide resolution of project issues. Responsible for managing a team of departmental managers to ensure each are performing in line with the overall objective of the contract. Manage and monitor both safety and environmental to ensure that all related requirements are satisfied, submitted and implemented. Prepare monthly & yearly progress report and present monthly summary to the Steering Committee. Requirements With over 10 years' in large-scale project management position or equivalent civil engineering project which preferring at least 5 years in municipality contract management project Bachelor of Science or above degree on civil / structural engineering, environmental engineering or related discipline Engineering qualification or equivalent experience recognised by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or reciprocal scheme Experience on monitoring and managing construction work and related interfacing with adjoining stakeholders Ability to work on own initiative and stamp authority on projects Knowledge on project finance and cash flow management Strong organisational and time management skills Diplomatic communication skills and interpersonal skills We offer attractive remuneration package and fringe benefits to the right candidates.
