Reporting to: Group Director, Human Resources Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of our HRIS. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of collaborating across teams, managing timelines, ensuring project deliverables, and optimizing HR processes through technology. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end HRIS projects, from planning to post-implementation support. Collaborate with Human Resources, ICT, and other stakeholders of all schools and business units to gather requirements and define project scope. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee system implementation, configuration, and integration with other business applications. Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring seamless system performance and user adoption. Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users. Stay updated on HRIS trends and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience. Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Proven experience in managing HRIS projects and global configuration alignment. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering on-time and within budget. Proficiency in system implementation, data migration, and integration processes. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Proactive approach with a solution-oriented mindset. Excellent influencing skills and embracing the “can-do” mindset.
