Responsibilities: Lead and drive Customer Experience (CX) transformation initiatives for the firm's digital platform.
Manage end-to-end digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring smooth execution.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including senior management, technology teams, and business units.
Continuously monitor and optimize digital platform performance to enhance customer experience.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in digital transformation.
Proven track record in leading CX transformation projects for digital platforms.
Experience working with vendors and managing third-party service providers.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, UX/UI principles, and customer journey optimization.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications are a plus.
