Responsibilities: Oversee the management of all Finance systems Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of ERP projects (ie.

Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS) related to these systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines and deliverables.

Manage project resources, including budget, timeline, and team members, to ensure successful project completion.

Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to communicate project status, risks, and issues, and ensure project alignment with business needs.

Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and address any project-related concerns or roadblocks.

Oversee system testing, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition and optimal system performance.

Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices and lessons learned for future projects.

Requirements: 7-8 years experiene in IT ERP project management, familiar with Oracle Fusion and Orable EBS Extensive experience in IT project planning and implementation Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring project buy-in and adoption.
