What you’ll be doing At Atturra, as a Project Manager in Hong Kong you’ll be working on some of the highest profile transformation and technology projects in the Asia Pacific region. The role of the Project Manager is to take overall responsibility for total end to end project execution, including: Planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of a project according to strict deadlines, quality standards and within budgetary constraints. Overseeing the successful project delivery and achieving client objectives regarding scope, quality, timing, and budget. Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and vendors to deliver projects according to plan. What will make you successful in this role?Direct and manage the overall end to end delivery and day-to-day business execution of projects. Manage relationships with business, maintaining frequent and direct contact with business stakeholders. Develop in-depth understanding of client business needs and position self as a key decision-making partner. Proactively seek/create opportunities to participate in client interactions to ensure highest levels of project satisfaction are achieved. Identify, define, develop, and implement techniques to improve project productivity, increase efficiency, mitigate risk, resolve issues. Demonstrate a high standard of implementation, enhancement and maintenance of standards and methodologies pertaining to the management of projects. Ensure project deliverables meet and/or exceed expectations. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical, analytical, and advisory guidance. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. Required Skills & Experience: The position necessitates a highly motivated individual who can provide strong application skills, along with leadership, guidance, and coaching abilities, to deliver quality focused outcomes.• Deep understanding of business consulting• Proven expertise in being able to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently.• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.• Experience delivering data integration projects (Boomi, web Methods etc). Person Attributes:• Speaks Cantonese and Mandarin.• Excellent communication skills & the ability to consult with stakeholders at all levels.• Ability to build rapport within the workplace, work well within a team, excellent networking skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.• Business acumen and ability to identify client business drivers. Qualifications:• Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Information Technology, business, or project management.• Project Management Certification, i.e., PMP, Prince2 etc.• 10+ years proven Project Management delivery experience.
