He/she needs to monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members on a timely basis. Responsibilities Work closely with clients, architects, government authorities, builders and other relevant external parties to promote the company image, products and services. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the quality services provided to clients including submission schedules, drawings, materials & samples, installation programs, EHS & quality plans, etc. Work with external departments & factories regarding delivery of overseas/local materials. Plan available resources effectively to ensure the installation projects are running smoothly on time and within budget. Monitor the work standards against contractual requirements, follows up the workmanship of job done by sub-contractors. Manage the project team and ensure a safe working environment by site inspection and by enforcing safety disciplines. Requirements Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline. At least 10 years’ working experience including 5 years in project management; experience in lift industry is an advantage. Professional, result oriented, self-motivated, customer focused and strong desire to succeed. Excellent communication & presentation skills in both English & Chinese.
