We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee residential interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. What You Will Do

Oversee and manage residential interior design projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
Monitor project budgets and control costs to meet financial objectives.
Coordinate with design, construction, and external teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Manage resources and allocate tasks to team members efficiently.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Identify and resolve any issues or risks that may impact project timelines or budgets.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

Higher diploma or above in any discipline.
At least 5 years of solid experience in managing residential interior design projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Proven ability to manage time, cost, and budgets effectively.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications.
Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality standards.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
