How You’ll Make an Impact Manage digital protection and control systems in high voltage projects from inception to completion, ensuring world-class outcomes. Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and prioritization to effectively achieve project goals. Coordinate with the tendering and engineering team, as well as sub-contractors, to ensure project objectives are met flawlessly. Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to successfully deliver projects within cost constraints. Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and standards. Provide regular updates to senior management and collaborators on project status, encouraging a transparent and informed environment. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or a related field; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred. A minimum of 20 years’ experience in design operation, installation, testing, commissioning, and project management of digital control and protection systems in HV/MV projects. Proven track record of managing high voltage projects and delivering outstanding results. Strong understanding of high voltage systems, equipment, and safety protocols. Outstanding leadership and team management skills that foster collaboration and high performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to navigate complex project dynamics. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet ambitious deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, software programming, and Auto CAD applications. Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Willingness to attend business trips worldwide, including Macau.
