Project Officer 項目主任Job Responsibilities: Execute security duties to ensure a safe environment.
Handle emergency situations and write reports.
Maintain communication and coordinate work with various departments.
Complete additional tasks assigned by superiors.
Update access control data (e.g., for new hires, access removals, and terminations).
Generate daily reports.
Process payment settlements for direct manager claims.
Qualifications: Relevant experience in security and emergency management.
Ability to deliver program/project management in sizable organizations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to compile data and presentations.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to integrity and excellent teamwork skills.
Knowledge of HK Fire Ordinance and Regulation is an advantage.
Driving License Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, Excluded weekends, public holidays, and specified days off.
