As Senior Property Manager, you will act as the custodian of this global icon, delivering value-added services that align with the expectations of our sophisticated tenant base.
Requirements:
Operational Leadership
Lead and inspire a team to provide professional & comprehensive property management services, ensuring the building operates at the highest "Super Grade-A" standards
Strategic Oversight
Take overall responsibility for managing daily operations, property services and customer relations, ensuring operational excellence across all facets of the asset
Tenant Engagement
Champion a tenant-first culture by maintaining strong, proactive relationships with prestigious tenants and rendering prompt & efficient service at all times
Vendor Management
Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers & service providers to ensure that service delivery matches the building's world-class status
Ad-Hoc Duties
Perform other strategic duties as assigned by top management to enhance asset value and service delivery
Requirements:
Degree or above, preferably major in Property Management, Real Estate or related disciplines
Member of RPHM / MHKIH / MCIH is highly preferred
Minimum 15 years’ experience in related fields and in similar capacity, with hands‑on experience in Grade‑A commercial developments involving multinational corporations (MNCs) or investment banks, essential to match the building's tenant profile
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
Mature, self‑motivated and capable of working independently under pressure in a fast‑paced, high standards environment
