What You’ll Do
To assist the Property Management Team in implementing the day‑to‑day management functions of the residential property and car park
To liaise with residents and service providers in all property management‑related matters
To supervise operational staff to deliver quality services to meet customers’ expectations

You will work with the property services team and external contractors to provide excellent services to all residents and guests.
Qualifications and Requirements
Degree / Diploma holder in Property / Real Estate or related disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant experience in property management, preferably gained from large‑scale and luxury residential properties
Customer‑oriented, strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office
