Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase order issuance, delivery tracking, and quality inspection.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, conduct regular performance evaluations, and ensure supply chain stability.
Assist in formulating procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, finance, operations) to ensure timely fulfillment of procurement needs.
Manage procurement contracts and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Handle procurement-related reports and data analysis, supporting inventory management and budget control.
Requirements Must have full working rights in Hong Kong.
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to conduct business negotiations and prepare documentation in English.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field, with a solid understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and procurement-related software systems.
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
