Overview Job Description We are seeking a high-calibre candidate to fill the following position as Purchasing Officer. The job is to be responsible for sourcing and purchasing of product & materials to meet market demand. Responsibilities Engage in purchasing activities: issue PO & follow shipping of PO to sustain company's daily operation Follow up the material delivery schedule from the vendors and monitor its performance Source product or parts globally according to required specification by working closely with the Product & Support team. Generate purchase requisitions within the procurement system by working closely with the Admin Officer & Accountant. Travel to meet international suppliers as required. Perform interdisciplinary ad-hoc projects assigned by the director. Opportunity to become team leader Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Minimum 1 years of working experience in shipping or procurement.
