Our client is seeking a seasoned QA Lead to join their team and enhance their software testing efforts.
Key Responsibilities

Over 10+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 5 years in a Test Lead role.
Lead offshore testing teams located in Hong Kong, the Philippines, and India.
Develop test strategies and plans, understand client needs, and allocate resources effectively to meet testing schedules.
Define testing scope for each release based on documentation requirements.
Prepare testing documentation, including test plans and results.
Oversee UAT defect management in collaboration with the business and UAT team.

Requirements

Domain knowledge of MPF or pension systems is preferred.
Proficiency in manual and automated testing, with experience in tools like Python or Java.
Experience with testing tools such as TOSCA, JMeter, JUnit, Postman, Karma is a plus.
Experience in drafting test plans and creating test scripts.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English; Cantonese is a plus.
