They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate talent to join them as a Talent Acquisition Officer. About the Role Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for front-line positions. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers. Extend job offers to successful candidates and facilitate the negotiation of employment terms. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training coordination. Continuously evaluate and improve the front-line recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The Successful Applicant Degree holder with a major in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines.3 years or above of experience in end-to-end mass recruitment. Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation and documentation. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English and Cantonese.
