Real Estate Investment Analyst – Hong Kong
(Private Equity Real Estate / Core-Plus / Value-Add)
We’re partnering with a leading real estate investment platform to appoint a Real Estate Investment Analyst based in Hong Kong. This is a key role for a high-performing professional eager to deepen deal experience across underwriting, transactions, and asset management in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end deal execution across acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management.
Conduct detailed financial modelling, DCF valuation, and sensitivity analysis for real estate investments.
Prepare investment committee materials, market research, and benchmarking reports.
Support transaction due diligence, working closely with senior team members and external advisors.
Key Requirements
Currently based in Hong Kong and already employed in a real estate investment role - either within private equity, investment management, or a developer/investment house.
2–4 years’ full-time experience in real estate investment, ideally across multiple property types.
Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities; strong attention to analytical detail.
Proficient in Excel and Power Point with excellent presentation and communication skills.
An Asian language (Mandarin, Cantonese etc) is advantageous but not essential.
