JobsDB – Hong Kong's no. 1 jobs, employment, career and recruitment site JobsDB Job search Profile Career advice Login For employers Senior Facilities Officer Hong Kong Trade Development Council Wan Chai Posted on 4-Nov-23 Apply Now Senior Facilities Officer Hong Kong Trade Development Council Apply Now Job Description Responsibilities:· Supervise and coordinate daily office operation of facilities management including but not limited to repairs and maintenance, cleaning and security services in the premises· Monitor the performance of contractors / service agents· Conduct routine inspections and prepare inspection reports· Handle internal customer requests / enquiries on facilities services· Coordinate with the management office of the premises· Assist in handling tender and other procurement procedures· Responsible for preparing relevant documents and forms for various sustainability related recognitions and awards· Maintain the facilities database such as office layout plans, maintenance records and inventory records, etc.· Provide necessary support in renovation / relocation projects such as user coordination and logistics arrangements· Attend emergency call-outs after office hours and supervise contractors' works at weekend as appropriate· Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team· Any other duties as assignedRequirements:· Degree in Facilities/ Property Management, Building Services, Business Administration, or related discipline· 3-5 years’ relevant experience in all-round facilities management in commercial buildings, preferably in sizeable organisations· Mature, well-organised, detail-minded and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision· Responsible and a good team player· Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills· Good command of English and Chinese, preferably Putonghua as well· Proficient in MS applications. Knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage Additional Information Qualification Degree Job Type Full Time Job Functions Admin & HR Company Overview The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks dynamic, high-caliberand experienced professionals to join our Exhibitions Department.
