Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle telephone calls and meeting room bookings.
Provide quality services to the guests and answer enquiries.
Handle company mails, couriers and documents distributions.
Assist in handling general office administrative duties.
Serve drinks to guests and visitors when required.
Perform necessary cleaning duties based on operations.6-day work week.
Shift duties between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Perform other ad-hoc duties by instructed from time to time.
Requirements: F.
5 graduates with 3 years' relevant experience Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Office Good command in spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua With pleasant personality and excellent communication skills Service oriented, mature and independent Attractive salary and fringe benefits, including medical, life insurance, annual leave, pension scheme and training subsidies, etc.
